Science- Rocks, Sand, and Soil
|
Worms- We investigated earthworms by using magnifying lenses and recording what we saw. We first had the opportunity to learn about earthworms through many different informational texts. We concluded our project by making a class wormery! We watched how our wormery changes overtime after the earthworms make tunnels through the sand and soil.

Rocks- We acted as geologists and investigated rocks that we found outside in our own community. We weighed rocks, wrote with rocks, and saw different colors in our rocks, and we were able to use magnifying glasses to see up close.
